Are you thinking about using social media to screen job applicants? According to a study by social media monitoring service Reppler, more than 90 percent of the recruiters and hiring managers surveyed have visited a potential candidate’s profile on a social network as part of the screening process. Another interesting find from the survey is 69 percent of recruiters have rejected a candidate based on content found on his or her social networks.
