JOB DESCRIPTION

The Business Analyst identifies opportunities for optimizing work processes and actions. Areas of focus are business, marketing, sales, and CRM business systems. Job duties include project management, requirement gathering, and testing for system enhancement initiatives, providing ongoing support for enhancements post go-live, and serving as subject matter expert for campaign planning, campaign management, marketing systems, sales automation, and marketing related data.
Responsibilities


-Extract and manipulate information from large data sets, engage in data-driven problem solving

-Independently perform moderately to highly complex data analyst tasks and assignments to include the analysis and validation of data

-Contribute to preparation of business presentations/briefing papers for local and global management.

-Act as a contact point for queries from business management.

-Support QA activities

-Create and manage Sales Operations Systems Knowledge Base

-Constantly refine forecasting methodologies and operating mechanisms to continuously improve accuracy
 
 
REQUIREMENTS
  Bilingual English and Bulgarian
  Network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP), hardware & software network security, name services, load balancing;
  Experience with data manipulation, report writing and analysis skills
  Proven project management experience driving results on complex system development initiatives
  Able to interpret and understand complex issues
  Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
