The Work-at-Home sales agent is responsible for generating new business while working from a virtual office. He/She establishes rapport and engages the prospect to take a vested interest in their business, by utilizing the powerful cutting-edge techniques of 411 Locals, to increase their presence and placement online.

The Work-At- Home Sales Agent  earns the prospect’s trust and respect through personality /sales excellence and successfully navigates prospects around and through all hesitations, using rebuttals. In closing, he/she walks the prospect, now a client, step by step through new account setup and asks for, acquires, and completes all billing detail.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and previous call center sales experience. He/She will also have strong communication skills, is fluent in English writing or speaking, is capable of multi-tasking, has excellent computer skills, and is able to perform multiple and rapid internet searches.
