JOB DESCRIPTION

The University of Indianapolis is accepting applications for an Assistant Project Coordinator in the Center of Excellence in Leadership of Learning (CELL). This full-time position will assist the Director of Strategic Initiatives with the day-to-day operations of the dual credit credentialing programs, STEM Teach and Teach Dual Credit. These responsibilities include: database management, creating surveys and reports, preparing mailings and printed materials, tracking registration activities and maintaining participant accounts and other administrative tasks as assigned. This position will function within a hybrid work environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of STEM Teach and Teach Dual Credit Indiana
  • Manage database system (CRM platform)
  • Assist with survey development and reporting
  • Assist with grant reports
  • Prepare and manage display tables at various conferences
  • Prepare written materials and mailings as needed
  • Create certificates
  • Follow the guidance and direction of supervisor(s)
  • Demonstrate respectful, ethical, responsible behavior
  • Abide by the University’s policies, procedures, and rules
  • Perform employee responsibilities as detailed in employee handbooks and policies
  • Demonstrate regular and predictable attendance and punctuality
  • Other duties, including special projects, as required or assigned
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficient in various software such as Adobe Suite, Microsoft Suite, and Google Docs
  • Experience managing a database
  • Background or knowledge in K-12 education preferred, but not required
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
