The following is a list of features and prominent bug fixes included in the upcoming January 29 release. There were lesser-important bugs fixes (e.g., spacing, typos, etc.) that are not included in this list.

• System Announcement Enhancement – The original system announcement that appeared in the header was aesthetically upgraded. It now conforms to the overall quality of the application.
• DOT Enhancement – The DOT module was enhanced to now reflect the government-approved Driver Qualification file titles. In addition, applicants and users may now take a picture of a completed document and load that image into the files (as opposed to just scanning a doc into the file).
• Choose File in Reference EIDs Enhancement – Now, a user can add a document to the outbound Reference EID. 
• ZERORISK Integration Enhancement – The original ZERORISK release did not automatically update the applicant’s file when the result was complete. Now, it automatically sends an alert email to the hiring manager and presents the findings as a View link in the applicant’s file.
• My Positions Page Re-design – This page has been re-designed for a third time to alphabetize the locations below the root level.
• Login Optimized – tech discovered the issue with the long login processing duration. The result of the optimization cut the login time from 28 seconds to 3 seconds.
• SSN in Applicant Card – The SSN was appearing in the applicant’s card, visible to all users. It now can only be found in the DOT driver’s file, where only authorized users can access it.

Prominent Bug Fixes:

• Missing Employment Histories -- A new check has been put in place on the Review page of a job application. In the event an applicant somehow bypassed a required section (e.g., Hard Skills), the review page now shows that section without required answers. If the applicant tries to continue, a pop-up appears thereby making the applicant edit the section in order to provide all required data. Then, and only then, can the applicant successfully submit his/her job application.
• Phone Number Formatting – The format of telephone numbers input by job applicants was corrected. This bug caused one digit to be lost due to incorrect formatting.
• DOT Forms Wouldn’t Download – All forms added to a Driver’s Qualification File now properly download.
• Interview and I-9 Appointments Showing in GMT – The times are now showing in the correct times instead of GNT.
• Required Documents Text Descriptions Would Not Space Correctly -- The properly-spaced instructions would only show in one long paragraph. This is now fixed so that is spaces correctly.
• DOT Driver Files Show Other Applicant’s Files – Now, the correct files appear in each driver’s DQ Records.
• PID url Not Updating in Instant Ad – This happened because a mirror position was created (which also mirrored the Instant Ad). Tech remedied this by ensuring no PID is saved when creating a mirror position.
• Residence History Dates – If an applicant enters a residence history and clicks ADD to save it, then decides to delete it and start over, the date block does not clear so that the original date selections are available. Now fixed.
• Forward File to External User -- When you forward a file to an external user, the system sends the email but the PDF was not attached. Now fixed.
• Duplicate Fields in Sage Report – The applicant saw multiples of all required fields when he/she opened the initial Sage email link. Now fixed.
• Criteria Test Batteries – The Criteria test was not appearing to an applicant. Now the tests appear.
