This area of the job application would be added above the job description block on the job posting.  The purpose of the Company Description would be to provide the job applicant with a comprehensive description of the company to which he/she is applying in addition to the job description. 

This should be beneficial to all of our clients, but specifically for smaller organizations that might not be immediately recognized by potential employees.
