1. Users:  Click here to access the list of authorized users of this system.  You may also add new users, edit existing users, and delete users from this page.  Click the +Add New button to add additional users or click the edit pencil to change information relative to an existing user.  A registration email will be sent to the user when a new user is added or existing user record is edited       

2.  Announcements:  By entering a message in the Announcement Message box and clicking the Add Announcement button, a message will be shown to every system user upon login

3.  Medical Provider:  From here, you may activate the Physical Exam feature, which can be found in the assessments area of the applicant file.  By adding one or more of your company’s service providers (doctors, labs, etc.) on this page, you then be able to send applicants a system-generated email that instructs them to obtain a physical examination    

4.  Requisition Requests:  Click this link to access a list of all approved, denied, and in-process requisitions  

5.  Hiring Requests:  Click this link to access a list of all approved, disapproved, and in-process requisitions  

6.  Permissions:  Click this link to access and configure Hire Lock, the Requisition process, Email Lock, and Position Lock
