Company Description Text Box

In the past, the company description text box was fixed in size, regardless of the amount of text entered in the box when writing the company description.  With this release, the text box automatically flexes in size with the amount of text entered in the box.  

Hire-by Field

To date, the Hire-by date feature automatically developed a hire-by date 30 days from the date of the posting.  This date would be shown on the first page of the job application (in the general information section of the position description page).  This field has now been replaced by the date the position was posted.

Applicant’s Certification Acknowledgement

Beginning now, the job applicant’s certification statement (in its entirety) will be included in the pdf when printing a file.  Additionally, the applicant’s statement that addresses employer contact (entitled Reference Check) will also appear in Print File.

Recruiting/Hiring Activity Alert Email Notification

This email is sent to hiring officials on a periodic basis.  This notification email has been modified to include the date the position was refreshed and it also includes an Unopened Applicants count.

Applicant Traffic Report

This report is sent to a hiring official upon closure of a posting.  It has now been modified to include the date the position was refreshed, and it also reflects the number of Unopened Applicants.

Reference Notes

The Print File pdf now includes any/all reference notes that were input by a hiring manager.
