After 30 days, posted positions begin to age and fall in priority from the top of Internet job boards listings. Therefore, we suggest prompt processing of all applicants, as they are probably looking for a job in more than one place.
It is best to process all of your applicants within a few weeks and to enable Auto Refresh if you wish to continue advertising the position. Turning on the Auto Refresh feature for your positions will cause them to refresh every 30 days in the system and push back out to the top of the job boards to be easily found by potential applicants.
