You normally see organic applicant traffic from job boards within 24-48 hours of posting a new position.
Your hiring system provides a direct XML feed to several job boards:
- Indeed
- Glassdoor
- SimplyHired
- Google for Jobs
When a position is Posted, it exists in our XML feeds and on your system's Careers page. Applicants can apply on your Careers page immediately, but the job boards must conduct a refresh from their end once every 24-hour cycle; as soon as they initiate a refresh, your postings become visible in their organic search results to candidates. You therefore normally see organic applicant traffic from these job boards within 24-48 hours of posting a new position.
Although your position may not yet be visible on the job boards we feed to, you may immediately start directing applicants to apply via your Careers Page once you have Posted a position.
