How Do I Use the Instant Ad Feature?

You can use the Instant Ad feature to generate an ad that you can share on other job boards, such as Craigslist. You can also use it to copy the link to a specific job post.

To access the Instant Ad feature, navigate to the My Positions tab. Next, check the box next to the Position Title you wish to create the ad for and click Take Action > Instant Ad.

This will bring up a lightbox, where you can copy the Instant Ad with a direct URL to your position.

Once the Instant Ad is copied, you can paste it into a job posting on additional job boards. Although the Instant Ad pre-populates with full mini advertisement verbiage, this is not required. Simply copy the unique URL generated and paste anywhere of your choosing to successfully redirect back to your desired Posted position, bypassing your full Careers Page (which lists every current Posted position).
