What’s New?
The top section of the applicant file has been redesigned to organize the applicant’s information in a more readable layout. The top-most panel contains information relevant to the position they applied to, and their current stage in the recruiting process. All other familiar functionality has been retained.
The second panel is the Applicant Profile section. Here you will find all of the contact information the applicant provided when applying. You can also edit this information simply by clicking the Edit link.
The third panel is the Scores panel. Here you will see all of the scorable position elements that comprise the position, along with the applicant’s scores. Because some elements are not auto-scored (Virtual Interview, for example), you can click the Score Now link to view the applicant’s responses and apply a score, provided you have the necessary permissions.
Note: Both the Application Profile and Scores panels can be collapsed simply by clicking the icon in the upper-right corner of each panel
The order in which the score boxes appear in the third panel is based on the priority order (hyperlink “priority order” to the new Default View Prioritization KB article) determined by the system’s Primary Contact.
