Can I change plans at anytime?
Absolutely. We realize that your hiring needs can change at any time. You may change your account plan at any time. It is extremely fast and easy to do within Hyrell.
How does the 30-day trial work?
Once you sign-up, you’ll have full and complimentary access to the “Plus” level of the Hyrell system for 30 days. This gets you all the system features you will need as well as the ability to post up to 20 positions at any time. As you reach the end of your trial, we will follow up with you to get you set up on the account plan that works best for your hiring goals.
Do I need to sign a contract or another form of commitment?
No. The only commitment is Hyrell’s commitment to you. We are committed to making things as easy as possible for you, so we bill on a month-to-month cycle following your 30-day trial. Additionally, you can cancel at any time.
What happens at the end of the trial?
As your 30-day trial ends, we will reach out to you to get you set up on the plan that is right for your hiring needs. If you choose not to continue, your account will be closed, and you will lose access to all of the data within your account.
How will you bill me?
We bill monthly and directly to a credit card.
Am I eligible for any discounts?
Absolutely. If you pay for an entire year in advance, we’ll give you another month for free.
How many licenses (users) do I get?
As many as you need. We don’t charge per user. In fact, we encourage you to add everyone that is involved in your hiring process. Collaboration simply makes the hiring process better, and better is what we promise you.
Do you charge per applicant?
No. We charge by the number of open job postings. That’s all there is to it!
Are there any set-up fees?
No. You can get started right away with our 30-day trial and easily transition into a monthly billing cycle with Hyrell. We have a strict “no-upsell” policy – you only pay for what you use.
Will you help me with training?
Yes, yes, and yes. Hyrell provides robust training that is built right into the system, including a comprehensive knowledge base of common questions, solutions, and more. We even offer a monthly live training webinar to give you a more hands-on training experience.
