Creating Star Labels

The Stars icon feature for applicant processing has long been a customer favorite and can help you organize applicants. You are able to select from nine colors (Blue, Yellow, Green, Red, Purple, Pink, Aqua, Black and Orange).

Unique Star labels can be defined in the Library (Library>Picklists>Stars) by taking the following steps:

1. Click in the “Star Label…” field and type your preferred title (25 character max, spaces included)
2. To save your label, click anywhere outside of the field and you’ll see the “Saved!” message appear
3. Repeat this step to define as many Stars as you prefer (labels update real-time system-wide)
