Position Elements combine to make up your Position Template and include company and job descriptions, position responsibilities, candidate qualifications, company benefits, and job-specific questions.
Most Position Elements and their individual entries are stored within your Library, and you can add or change them at any time.
Included in the Position Elements area are job-specific questions including Soft Skills, Hard Skills, and Virtual Interview.
The Soft Skills and Hard Skills questions are Yes/No questions that applicants answer during the application process. The system scores each applicant based on their responses. The Virtual Interview enables you to create qualitative questions for each job posting. You can review, rank, and score an applicant’s responses for a more in-depth level of applicant screening and evaluation.
There are several Position Elements that cannot be changed/edited, as their behavior and format is pre-determined by the system. These elements can be added to a Position Template during "Step 2: Add Position Elements" and are as follows:
- Accidents
- Convictions
- Education History
- Employment History
- References
- Residence History
- Resume
- Warehouse Test
Although these elements cannot be modified, instructional text/verbiage can in most cases. These instructions may be reviewed/edited under Admin>Settings>Content Manager by permitted Users.
Note: Additional integrated service options also employ Position Elements which cannot be further modified in format/behavior.
