Email Messages

All of your email messages can be found in Library > Message Templates and can be easily edited to suit your individual needs. See System Generated Emails for additional information.

NOTE:

In many of the Message Templates, you’ll see some words surrounded by ## symbols. For example, ##applicantname##. We don’t advise changing these as those symbols are tied to the system and it automatically pulls content from the application. So, therefore, if the email Template says “Dear ##applicantname##,” and the applicant's name is Tom Smith, the email that the applicant will receive will say “Dear Tom Smith,”…
