Criteria Corp’s pre-employment assessments have been validated to predict performance across a wide range of industries. Through Criteria Corp, Hyrell users now have access to hundreds of job-specific test batteries that can provide valuable insights into a candidate’s suitability for a job. These test results will help companies streamline their hiring process by identifying candidates who are the best fit for available positions.

The Hyrell Online Hiring System already works to pre-screen and pre-score applicants so that the most qualified candidates are easily identified. Criteria Corp’s pre-employment testing offers an additional layer of evaluation. When pre-employment tests are used early and consistently in the hiring process, test results can be used to filter large applicant pools and identify top candidates easily and efficiently. Criteria Corp provides customized aptitude, personality, and skills tests for more than 400 jobs and generally range from 15-40 minutes in length.

Hyrell offers two flexible options for customer integration with Criteria Corp:

  • Subscription – allows customers to pay a flat annual fee to Criteria Corp and utilize as many tests as your company needs.  Pricing for the subscription model is based upon the number of employees at your company, and Hyrell customers receive a special discount. Test results are delivered directing within the Hyrell Online Hiring Center.
  • Pay Per Assessment – allows customers to administer a job specific assessment to applicants on an individual basis once the application has been received. Each assessment costs between $10 and $30 and results are delivered directing within the Hyrell Online Hiring Center.
